These terms govern your use of MesoMind (the "Software") and the mesomind.net website and account services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the Software, or buying a subscription, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MesoMind is desktop automation software for 2D RPGs. It uses computer vision to read what is drawn on your own screen and sends input on your behalf. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the Software for the period you paid for. You are licensing access for a period of time. You are not buying the Software itself, and no ownership transfers to you.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be on any applicable restricted party list.
This is the most important section, so read it carefully.

Each licence binds to one machine on first launch, identified by a hardware fingerprint. Self-service resets are available on a cooldown so you can move to a new computer. Repeated resets that look like key sharing may result in suspension. We may permanently block a hardware fingerprint associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, or key resale.
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in cryptocurrency at the exchange rate quoted on the invoice at checkout. Subscriptions are for a fixed term (30, 90, or 365 days) and do not auto renew. Buying again before your current period ends adds the new time on top of your remaining time, so nothing is lost by renewing early. Network fees charged by your wallet or the blockchain are yours to pay.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
A free tier with a limited weekly runtime is offered at our discretion. Promotional periods of expanded access are temporary, are announced with an end date, and may end as announced without any right to compensation or extension.
The Service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may take the Service down for maintenance, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue the Service while you hold unused paid time, we will refund the unused portion on a pro rata basis.
We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these terms, in particular sections 4 and 5, or if we reasonably believe your account is involved in fraud or payment abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 3, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error free, that it will suit your setup, or that it will produce any particular result in any game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items or currency, or loss of any game account.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and contact us about any unused paid time.
